A Chinese businessperson is set to support a 12-hectare medicate recovery focus in the Philippines, the second Chinese-financed office of its size in the nation.
The region of the medication recovery revolve is equal to around 17 soccer fields joined.
Zhao said the area of the restoration focus "is to be chosen by the Filipino powers."
He declined to name the Chinese giver.
Zhao's declaration came days before Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte makes a state visit to China – the first by a Philippine president after Manila documented a memorable body of evidence against Beijing over the West Philippine Sea (South China Sea).
Before making this declaration, the Philippine government said another Chinese specialist gave a 10,000-bed super medication treatment and restoration focus (TRC) in Fort Magsaysay, Nueva Ecija.
The mega TRC was given by Huang Rulun, a Chinese representative and donor who, as indicated by Health Secretary Paulyn Ubial, "has no business enthusiasm for the Philippines" and whose organizations are all in China.
Ubial said Huang met Duterte thrice – twice, before he was chosen president, and once after he won as president.
The Department of Health anticipates that the second focus will be "in full operation" by the main week of November.
China has promised to help the Philippines in its war on medications after Duterte pointed the finger at Chinese syndicates for the spread of illicit medications in the Philippines.
