President Rodrigo Duterte has marked an official request ordering all Educational Institution to deny instructors from giving students of all levels assignments.
The draft was finished by the Presidential Legal Counsel on Thursday night.
As indicated by the president, the law will give the understudies their merited rest subsequent to spending the entire week concentrating on their studies. In this manner giving understudies more vitality and eagerness to ponder amid weekdays.
"The students wake up every morning, to spend the rest of the day studying. They only have a few hours to live their life as a kid, teen, and pre-adults. We should not take these hours of freedom away from them in the form of giving take-home assignments everyday. These kids don't even have time to process the information given to them."
Instructors and Professors who will be reported for giving homeworks and assignments upon implementation are required to confront a fine of P50,000 and 1-2 years imprison time.
