Two people were killed and one more was harmed after a man abducted 12 individuals inside SM Dasmariñas in Cavite on Sunday.
Previous Cavite representative Jonvic Remulla distinguished the prisoner taker in a radio dzBB meet as Carlos Marcos Lacdao, 32, from Leyte region. Remulla said Lacdao could sneak into the shopping center a 12-creep cut and kidnapped 12 individuals inside a solace room at the southern part of the shopping center's ground floor around 11 a.m.
