This was the said excuse for having false stories about vehicles, particularly white vans that roam around the neighborhood to spy on potential target children and take out their organs to sell in the black market.
But somehow, it seems like it wasn't false at all. There had been unreported cases in San pedro, Laguna where there are undocumented disappearances of boys and girls, particularly children.Eye witnesses blame a white van that was said to be spying and driving around the neighborhood and then abducting unsuspected children.
There are also unreported cases in Batangas and Manila but only a few were actually witnessed. It was stated that children were usually the targets because of the grade and quality of their organs in the underground markets.
The money is supposedly some kind of payment for taking away the organ of the child. A little girl was found dead in a village, missing her heart and eyes, with an amount of fifty thousand pesos inside her body.
However, it looks like the kidnappers are running out of children to abduct, they would also now target adults as well.
